Susan is a qualified Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor (ILM Level 7) and Tutor with the Chartered Management Institute where she design, delivers and supervises accredited coaching programmes.
She is values driven bringing kindness, honesty and focus to her work. Adding value and assisting her clients to achieve results are central to her practice.
In her diverse career spanning 40 years she has developed skills in a range of diagnostic, profiling and leadership tools and applies these in her work where she thinks they will help her clients most.
Her experience is wide ranging working across the public, not for profit and private sectors. She has been privileged to work with individuals at all levels including, Chief Executives, Managing Directors, Teachers, Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers and Senior leaders, this has given her insights into working in many different organisational cultures.
