Working with ambiguity and difference excites me and has been central to my leadership and professional practice for nearly three decades. I have been a senior manager in the NHS and worked as an Associate Director with the Hay Group leading a team of UK wide consultants with substantial sales and delivery targets.
My extensive experience as an executive coach working across multiple sectors has also provided me with the insight and depth to robustly and appropriately challenge CEO’s, Senior Leaders, and managers to look within themselves and make conceptual links that build trust and offer different perspectives.
Complexity and challenge remain constant themes and my ability to bring my insights, empathy, and support to those I coach has enabled them to crystalise their self-awareness and find the right solutions to move forward. I am also a faculty member of the Global Team Coaching Institute and a member of the British Psychological Society and Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
