My ambition is to contribute to creating a society where no-one holds such limiting beliefs. This gets to the heart of what inspires and gives me purpose, not just to my work but in all areas of my life. I encourage and enable the people to do more and to be more than they ever thought possible.
Executive coaching, team development, consultancy and programmes of leadership development are some of the ways in which I support the leadership of change in the most complex of environments. Both when working as a senior leader and now working with senior leaders across multiple sectors, over the past 20 + years I have worked with many individuals, teams, and organisations to extend their reach and exceed their expectations.
I am qualified to Master’s level in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, accredited to offer a range of psychometric tools and am the first point of contact for many looking to find different approaches to leading and managing.
