The strength of my professional practice lies in a deep understanding of the system having held several senior academic, clinical and policy posts, both across the UK and abroad.
I understand the challenges of complex change that many organisations currently face and with a total of nearly four decades experience working in this field I've developed a reputation for delivering ethical, robust and innovative approaches that build capability and capacity, and support individuals, teams, and leaders within and across the system. This can include interventions such as Appreciative Inquiry, Diagnostic Focus Groups, developing practical strategies, providing team challenge and observational feedback, and leading World Café initiatives.
As well as being accredited in a wide range of psychometric assessment and development tools, I am an Associate of Napier University Business School, Associate certified Coach and member of the International Coaching federation (ICF), a Custodian of the Windsor Leadership Dialogue, and a registered General Nurse, District Nurse and Registered Sick Children’s Nurse.
