So, I am always keen to get the best out of people by building trust and providing the right support and development. Which means creating an inclusive, supportive and an inspiring space where it feels safe to reflect, constructively challenge, and grow.
I bring energy, authenticity and genuine commitment to everything I do and by creating the clarity and insights that are prerequisites to action, my focus is on facilitating meaningful conversations and development which translates into practical outcomes and lasting behavioural change.
My specialisms include executive coaching, leadership development, talent management and succession planning, and my vast experience spans over thirty years working across Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Travel, Government agencies, and the Third Sector.
I am also a qualified Executive Coach (University of Strathclyde), CIPD certified in Training Practice, and Insights Discovery, MBTI (Step 1 & 2), TKI, &, BPS Level A & B Psychometrics testing certified.
