As a child I was known as “Curious Cate”because of my enduring passion for learning and making meaning.
Now as a very experienced coach and facilitator I bring my knowledge, experience in using a wide range of psychometrics and other development tools, and my continuing curiosity to my practice. All to inspire people to uncover their purpose, reignite their passion, harness their strengths, and find a place to stand so they can move the world.
Having previously held a number of senior leadership and executive Board roles in large corporate organisations I have significant insight and understanding of the complex challenges leaders, their teams, and the organisations within which they work face on a daily basis,
My passion and purpose is to resolutely find the best way to work with all on their journey so they can flourish, thrive, and exceed expectations.
I am also an EMCC Global Accreditation Senior Practitioner and Individual team Coaching Accreditation Practitioner, a Barefoot Team Coaching Practitioner, and trained in Systemic Coaching & Constellations techniques.
