The development of leaders with innovative and exciting interventions, coaching, talent and succession management, are all areas that I am particularly passionate about. I have a wealth of experience in leadership development and my philosophy and practice is based on my belief that we all have strengths that can and should be harnessed and complimented with the development of those things that we do less well.
I am all about enabling each of us to be our best in every situation we encounter, with every challenge we face, and my professional practice over the past 37 years with individuals, teams, organisations and Boards operating across multiple sectors, has been crafted and defined by those principles and purpose.
As well as being a Fellow of the CIPD, holding a diploma in coaching and mentoring with the CIPD and a coaching accreditation with Wondrous, I am also trained in a range of development instruments , including 360 feedback, MBTI (Stage 1 & 2), Neo, Hogan, and FIRO-B, as well as being accredited in Strengths Profiling and Engendering Balance Qualities of Practice.
