Jane is the founder and one of the two Executive Directors of the Mudd Partnership. She has worked in the field of people development and consultancy for the past 20 years. Jane’s experience ranges from leading and working in development teams while employed within organisations to providing consultancy support into organisations, which she has specialised in since 2001.
Jane is recognised as an experienced and qualified Executive Coach and leadership development professional, working across the public, private and third sectors. Primarily working with senior teams, strategic partnerships, Boards and individual senior managers, Jane has an in depth knowledge and appreciation of the pressures, challenges and opportunities of leading at that level.
She is valued for her strong track record of supporting performance improvement through more effective leadership and management of people as a key resource.
The sectors that Jane currently works with include construction, land based industries, the NHS, local government (education, social care, organisational development), charities, financial services, further and higher education and housing associations.
She is an Associate of the Edinburgh Institute and SOLACE Enterprises; a member of the ILM, the EMCC, the NHS National Executive Coaching register, the Tayside Coaching register, the IoD, an IHM accredited Assessor and ILM tutor.
