Redesign, restructure and culture change

We continue our relationship with an organisation in the culture sector where the staff are experiencing unprecedented change towards the creation of a new structure, infrastructure and supporting culture.

Our work with managers at all levels is in support of -

  • developing new skills and approaches to leadership and management
  • building confidence and resilience
  • improving the effectiveness of performance management

This is being achieved through an integrated programme which includes diagnostic tools, individual and team coaching and tailored workshops.  It has been co-designed and is led by the Executive team. It links directly to the strategic objectives for the organisation and will be evaluated against specific outcomes which were agreed upfront.
