Leading and coping with change

An established national financial institution was about to change ownership and enter a period of rapid expansion.

They decided that there was a need to invest in the development of their managers in order that they could lead and manage the organisation through this challenging transition.

Starting with the senior leadership group Jane and colleagues have worked closely with the internal team to design and then facilitate a series of initiatives as part of this successful change programme. These have included Executive coaching; Leadership facilitation; Training in Managing individuals, teams and stakeholders; coaching skills; change management and having difficult conversations.
